The gin tasting room in Dubrovnik’s Habitat distillery is a vibrant space that stimulates all your senses – from the aromatic native plants to the chatter of fellow gin enthusiasts. It’s the perfect setting for an introduction to the history, production and art of gin making, before you try your hand at crafting your own.

The distillery’s experts will guide you through the gin making process, giving you the chance to taste and analyse different flavour combinations and discover what’s possible. Then you’ll be free to experiment with your own botanical ingredients – mixing and matching until you hit on the fusion that best reflects your taste and personality.

With plenty of opportunities to mingle with the locals and other visitors, you’ll take fond memories and new friends home with you, alongside a newfound appreciation of the fine art of gin-making.
